Unless a routine task is essential; it won’t bring you benefits in the end then you have better things that you should be doing. Try to decide what you will and will not do. Seek the Assistance of Others

Think of all the meetings that you must attend and anything else that you want to complete the process of the day. From that, you can then come up with a priority list and plan out the time at your disposal more efficiently. Make a point of stopping every now and then as the day progresses to check whether you are sticking to your priorities.
